About the winery

A Turbeville family operation led by father-and-son winemakers Bob and Tyler Turbeville, who began making wine in the early 2000s from a one-acre estate vineyard. Fruit comes from their Dreamchaser Vineyard south of Fredericksburg and an Estate Vineyard near Albert.

Tasting room on a rocky limestone hillside near Albert, about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg, with floor-to-ceiling windows and vineyard patio views; second tasting room on Main Street.

Best for: couples seeking a quiet, adults-only seated tasting

Known for

Small-batch wines (under 350 cases) from Hill Country and Texas grapes, including Dreamchaser Merlot aged 24 months in new French oak, Dreamchaser Pinot Grigio (sometimes an orange wine), Tempranillo, Tannat and Rhône varietals.

Experiences
