About the winery
Established in 2022 by Brian and Jennifer Heath of Heath Family Brands (owners of Grape Creek since 2006) on the site of an 1800s flour mill. 35 acres of estate vines; winemaker Jason Englert, called the most decorated winemaker in Texas.
Working estate on Hwy 16, about 5 minutes from Main Street, with historic stone buildings and patios overlooking 35 acres of vineyards. Houses the Heath Sparkling méthode champenoise production facility.

90+ point estate wines and Bordeaux-style blends (Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Albariño) using estate and Texas High Plains fruit.
